The Role of Homoeopathy in Platelet Recovery in a Case of Acute Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) : An Observational Case Study

Background: Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) is a hematological autoimmune disorder marked by low platelet count and bleeding risks.
Objective: To document the clinical progression of platelet count normalization in adult ITP patient under classical homeopathic care.
Methods: A 43-year-old female diagnosed with ITP was treated and the serial CBC tests over a 4-month period were analyzed.
Results: Platelet counts improved from 59,000/μL with individualized homoeopathic therapy. Conventional corticosteroid medication tapered off during this recovery.
Conclusion: This case supports further exploration into the immunomodulatory effects of homeopathy in haematological disorders.
