Manuscript Submission Policy – Journal of Advanced Homoeopathic Studies (JAHS)
The Journal of Advanced Homoeopathic Studies (JAHS) welcomes submissions of original, high-quality, and unpublished work in the field of homoeopathy and allied health sciences. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to comply with the following submission guidelines and ethical standards.
1. Types of Submissions Accepted
JAHS publishes a wide range of scholarly content, including:

2. Conditions of Submission

Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission.

All authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work and approve the final manuscript.

The submission must include a declaration of conflicts of interest, funding support, and ethics approval (where applicable).

Authors must confirm that all data, images, and tables are accurate and free from manipulation.
3. Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the JAHS manuscript submission system.

Submissions must be prepared in accordance with the JAHS Author Guidelines (covering formatting, references, figures, and tables).

The following documents are required:

Cover Letter (explaining originality, significance, and compliance with ethics).

Manuscript File (in MS Word, following journal formatting).

Title Page (listing author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and corresponding author contact details).

Ethics Approval and Patient Consent documents (if applicable).

Conflict of Interest & Funding Disclosure statement.

Copyright Agreement signed by all authors.

4. Authorship Criteria
JAHS follows ICMJE authorship recommendations. Authorship is granted only to individuals who:

Contributed substantially to the conception, design, data collection, or analysis.

Participated in drafting or revising the manuscript critically.
-
Approved the final version for publication.
-
Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work.
Individuals who contributed but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
5. Peer Review

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening (for scope, quality, and plagiarism check).

Suitable manuscripts proceed to double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.

The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on reviewer reports and editorial assessment.
6. Ethical Compliance

Research involving human participants must include Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) approval and patient consent (where required).

Clinical trial submissions must be registered in a recognized clinical trial registry.

Authors must follow COPE, ICMJE, and WAME ethical guidelines.
7. Duplicate/Redundant Submission

Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is considered unethical and will result in rejection.

Authors must notify JAHS of any related manuscripts under review elsewhere.
8. Post-Submission Communication

Authors will receive acknowledgment upon successful submission.

The editorial office may request revisions based on peer review.

The corresponding author is responsible for all communication with the journal.
9. Final Acceptance and Publication

Once accepted, manuscripts enter the copyediting and typesetting process.

Proofs will be sent to authors for final corrections.

Articles will be published open access under the Creative Commons license as per JAHS Copyright and Licensing Policy.
10. Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw a manuscript only before it enters peer review.

Once peer review begins, withdrawal requires a written explanation and editorial approval.

Unethical withdrawal (e.g., submitting elsewhere without notifying JAHS) may lead to a submission ban.
